Luuk has been living in Curacao for more than a decade and is involved in real estate since 2008. After having his own real estate agency for 6 years, he started Villa Beheer Curacao in 2014. Together with Susanne, their focus is on total management of holiday homes for private individuals who commercially rent out their homes to tourists in Jan Thiel and surrounding areas. Besides guiding tourists to make their stay as pleasant as possible, he also takes care of the total maintenance of your property and carries out very successful real estate renovations.

Maurits has been living on Curaçao for more than 5 years. He completed his graduation project at the Hotel School in the Netherlands in Curaçao, this is when he fell in love with the island and the people, and decided to stay. He has worked for the last 4 ½ years as a manager of a large catering business. During that time he also found love in property management, and, since that hot summernight in July, he decided to go full throttle in this business.
